I was born 38 years ago in Monterrey, in northern Mexico.

For the last 7 years, I’ve been working on innovation projects, mostly in the financial and retail sectors. My strengths are in human-centered design, communication design, storytelling, and customer experience design, making me a versatile thinker and doer.

Recently, I’ve been focused on the financial sector, gaining insights into customer experience priorities and the digital challenges specific to Mexico and other LATAM countries. I’ve also worked with insurance companies to help them plan and design their digital futures, tailored to their unique needs.

I’m passionate about staying active and love sports, which is why I dream of working on projects related to theme parks or sports organizations.
