00. Context
Talking about data and AI in enterprise applications can be complex, even for digitally advanced companies. Challenges often arise from integrating customer data and aligning it with existing technology architecture. A key issue is bridging the gap between IT and business teams, who have different priorities and ways of communicating.
When introducing technologies like data harmonization and AI, alignment becomes crucial. We wanted to be involved from the outset to help close this gap, ensuring both teams work together toward successful adoption.
01. Project objective
Developing a self-service toolkit that allows account teams could leverage with minimal effort. The toolkit should empower teams to qualify engagements, co-create solutions, align strategies, and deliver tailored use cases for each customer.
02. Approach
We identified that the first step of the project was to launch a workshop aimed at quickly shaping the toolkit elements, following a “fail fast” approach.
To kick off, we brainstormed the essential components needed to build this first iteration, including securing a customer to collaborate with us. We were deliberate in designing the session to ensure the customer gained value from their time.
We crafted a detailed agenda, speaker sessions, pre-built use cases, and materials for the working sessions.

03. Results
The workshop successfully brought together both business and IT teams to co-create use cases, providing us with valuable insights and highlighting additional components needed for the toolkit moving forward.
